The program UniVET System 2009 enables own creation of virtual routes in the editor. Virtual routes can be created completely cost free and can be sent to the portal VirtualTraining.eu and shared with other users. Sent routes are immediately after successful sending available for download for other users in the program UniVET System 2009 in the virtual route browser. In addition are displayed on the portal in the section “Routes".
Why are virtual routes interesting? Virtual routes can be used for ergometer training. Selected route you can download on the local disc, start ergo meter training and in such way train on the “real” route with possibility to display synchronized video, Google map. Program automatically controls load on ergo meter according the route profile (actual inclination), your weight... thus in such way so as in maximal possible way simulate real load.
Are you organizer of some sport action? Create virtual tour of your race with help of the program UniVET System 2009 and place this route on the portal VirtualTraining.eu. Place on the race pages direct link to virtual route on the portal VirtualTraining.eu and that’s all. All is very simple. If you own GPS record of the route including the altitude record, it is all the matter of 10 minutes. More about route creation in the route editor.
After switching over to the section „Routes“ it will be displayed the Google map in the view „world“. Individual displayed state flags inform that for given state exist virtual routes. After moving on the flag will be displayed information about the routes number. After click on the flag will be the map zoomed in to the selected state. In the right part of the screen are for current map view listed newest [6] and most popular virtual routes [7]. Google map offers the 4 displaying types [5]:

[1] Required locality searching. If you enter the city, district… the system will try to search suitable localities, which will be listed in the left window part. After selection of the required result (with click on the selected locality) will be displayed the map of selected locality.
[2] Sport specification. After selection will be displayed only these virtual routes, which are intended as suitable for the selected sport.
It will be displayed only these virtual routes, which contain synchronized video.
[4] Difficulty specification. After selection will be displayed only these virtual routes, which have set selected difficulty.

[7] List of most popular virtual routes located in the current map displaying.

Current map displaying Individual virtual routes are on the map displayed with the mark [2]. If there is high density of routes in certain area, is instead of mark for each route displayed square with number indicating the virtual routes number in the given area.
With click on the route mark will be displayed virtual route detail With click on the route complex in the area (green square) will be displayed more detailed map of area. |
Virtual route detail
In the detail view of virtual route you find complete information about the route including the list of interesting places [1], altitude profile [2] and history of passages through the route from users [8]... Route data can be imported into the KML and GPX format.
[1] List of interesting places. After moving on the interesting place in the left column will be on the map displayed the bubble with information about interesting place (description, eventually photo, if it is attached).
[2] Route altitude profile. After click on the photo icon in the profile will be displayed the bubble with information about interesting place (description, eventually photo, if it is attached).

[5] Route data export into the formats GPX and KML (can be used for the GPS navigation as well).
