Profile training – riding the virtual route

When „real“ training, then riding the real route! Profile training is the “flagship” of training programs of the UniVET system. Basis is by means of computer adjustable electromagnetic induction system of the cycling ergometer KETTLER and DAUM, which with extremely high accuracy regulates the output power.

Via connection of ergometer with the profile training is possible to simulate real bike riding, jogging or terrain hiking. Software automatically sets the load on the ergometer according to actual inclination on the route, physical preconditions of the person and other parameters.

Newly is possible not only watching the synchronized route vide, but having additionally for the whole riding time overview of position thanks the integrated technology Google Earth©. 3D map in combination with satellite images in incredible quality moves the UniVET system to the higher level not only in the amusing nature, but in the reality as well.

Section training

For everyone, who wants to train in the maximal quality and at the same time having all information about executed training phases there is the additional program – Section training.

Section training is intended for performance tests, precisely specified training phases or otherwise clearly oriented types of training. This training was at first developed specially for sports centers in order to satisfy high demands of the trainers and thus enabling them to enforce progressive training methods in practice. However later it proved to be just as good for active sportsmen, who only want some high-quality training.

The training principle is simple. Before training start is selected route, respectively is created, edited etc. Route represents nothing else, as a few variously time-long sections with certain load, successively one after another. By suitable combination of these sections with setting of the optimum load can be very simply prepared high-quality training, accurately optimized for given person.

Cardio training

This training is suitable for the rehabilitation purposes. On the basis of determined pulse rate computer sets automatically the ergometer load so that the pulse rate as much as possible meets the reference value.

Training is suitable for exercising mostly in the aerobic zone.

The training principle is simple. Before training start you select the pulse rate reference values for given sections. Section length is determined with time. By suitable combination of these sections with setting of the optimal pulse rate can be very simply prepared high-quality training, accurately optimized for given person.
