Way of delivery
The license of the software UniVET System 2009 we are providing in the form of physical package or in the electronic form that is to the entered delivery or email address, which you stated in the order. In the case of physical package we will send to you the complete box of ordered product, which among others contains the license number. In the case of product delivery in the form of physical package it will be charged to the license price the handling fee as well. In the case of electronic delivery we will send to you the license email, which will contain the user name and your license number. The commercial version of the program UniVET System 2009 (installation package) you can download from our web pages www.univetsystem.com/en/lite-free/ as well. In such way downloaded program you can install and use in the case of license number obtaining (in the case of credit card payment immediately).
Delivery period
The physical packages we are sending at latest the second working day from the acceptance of your order, the electronic licenses are sent on the day of payment on our account.
Payment
- Payment on delivery from the Czech post. On the basis of an order the customer obtains the physical package of program license and payment will be made in the form of cash on delivery to the Czech post collector.
- Advance payment on pro-forma invoice. After the pro-forma invoice payment, issued on the basis of the order, will be the license sent physically or electronically.
- Electronically by credit card. After the order confirmation you will be automatically redirected to the secured pages of Ceska sporitelna a.s. for making of the electronic payment. After successful payment it will be automatically generated the license number for you and sent to the entered email address.
Complaint
Buyer has the right till 30 days after the goods delivery (license number registration) withdraw from the purchase contract according to the Czech Civil Code. In the case of cancellation of the program UniVET System 2009 license the buyer has to send to the company SportSoft, spol. s r.o. or to the email address eshop@univetsystem.com a covering letter, in which he will express his will to withdraw from the purchase and tell the contact data, containing the first and last name of the buyer or the company name, user name of the license, which he want to cancel and the number of issued invoice. At the same time he is obliged also tell the account number, to which he will require to return the amount paid for the program license.
Personal data protection
We respect your privacy. To be able to deliver the license you required, we need to know some your personal data. This data we protect against misuse. All personal data we use only for our need and we don't provide it to any third party. More about the rules of personal data protection here.
License agreement
License is kept for the end user and to him is invoiced as well. The license is not transferable and hereafter unsalable. License upgrade can be made only for its original user.
